Nutrition Suggestions


Try to increase:
  • Acidophilus/Probiotics (Primal Defense recommended)
  • Food grade quality vitamins: C, Niacin (B3) and E (Blackmore recommended in Thailand)

  • Nuts and seeds: almonds, cashews, Macadamia, pecans, sesame seeds and walnuts
  • Raw fresh vegetables and sea vegetables
  • Soluble Fiber - Navy beans and oatmeal are the best. Fiber is very important for the colon to cleanse naturally.
  • Superfood drinks rich in Cholerla, Spirulina, antioxidants. (Emerald Balance recommended)
  • Supplement: flaxseed oil, extra virgin coconut oil, olive oil, Psyllium Husk (fiber), Triphala (good for liver function)

Try to avoid/reduce:
  • Alcohol and cigarettes
  • Cow’s milk and soft drinks
  • MSG, sodium nitrite, chemical sweeteners such as aspartame and artificial colors
  • Processed food, junk foods, packaged bread & cereal, frozen foods, fried foods, candy bars, crackers, cookies and pastas
  • Red meat
