Try to increase:
- Acidophilus/Probiotics (Primal Defense recommended)
- Food grade quality vitamins: C, Niacin (B3) and E (Blackmore recommended in Thailand)

- Nuts and seeds: almonds, cashews, Macadamia, pecans, sesame seeds and walnuts
- Raw fresh vegetables and sea vegetables
- Soluble Fiber - Navy beans and oatmeal are the best. Fiber is very important for the colon to cleanse naturally.
- Superfood drinks rich in Cholerla, Spirulina, antioxidants. (Emerald Balance recommended)
- Supplement: flaxseed oil, extra virgin coconut oil, olive oil, Psyllium Husk (fiber), Triphala (good for liver function)

- Alcohol and cigarettes
- Cow’s milk and soft drinks
- MSG, sodium nitrite, chemical sweeteners such as aspartame and artificial colors
- Processed food, junk foods, packaged bread & cereal, frozen foods, fried foods, candy bars, crackers, cookies and pastas
- Red meat
